We are open for bookings from April to October.
In June, July, August and up to mid September we rent from Saturday to Saturday and you can enjoy as many weeks at The Villa as you want. At all other times we have 4 night minimum stay. We also offer just 2 bedrooms for up to 4 people in April, May and from mid September onwards, at a reduced cost.

An initial payment of 40% is required to secure your booking and the balance of 60% is due 12 weeks before your arrival date. If your booking is within 12 weeks of arrival then the full amount is required at the time of booking.
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is before 10am. You can drop luggage only at the property before 4pm, if you wish.
We ask for a refundable 500€ security deposit for your stay with us and this is collected as part of your final payment. This will be refunded with 7 days of your departure, unless there is any major damage to the property.
A Tourist Tax of 1.21€ per adult per night and is payable in cash during your stay.
If you need to cancel your stay with us we will try our best to re-let the property and, if successful, we will refund your payment in full but less any expense or costs incurred by us. We recommend you take out travel insurance.
